Returns
We want you to feel happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, with the seal intact, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your request concerns a complaint, please see the section below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care products once they have been opened. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
EU 14-day withdrawal right
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item is:
